We have a shwack of radicchio being harvested, prepared and eaten lately (not a super kid friendly vegetableby the way). I found this lovely little seasonal produce guide by Martha that I thought I would share. Darn tootin' she is good (her team is anyway...) and this guide has over 17 recipes for radicchio. Since I grow the stuff I thought I would share what to do with it.
I am intrigued by the coleslaw myself... Take a look you will love it! (and she has other guides for other veggies/fruit as well).
